Yes, but contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We can accommodate changes:

• Before shipping out your mold kit (within 24 hours of purchasing your grillz).
• Before we ship out your moissanite grillz (we'll contact you before they're shipped)

Please note that changes may delay grillz production and shipping times.

We use real 925 Silver, 10k, and 14k gold to make our custom grillz. Gold plating is available in 14k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

• Have your teeth mold done by a local dentist or orthodontist.
• Create a clean and accurate molds of your teeth using the instructions we included with your mold kit.

We use VVS clarity, colorless (D-F) moissanites that rival diamonds in brilliance and fire.

Our moissanite grillz are diamond tester approved and will pass any tester with flying colors, guaranteed.

• Store them separately to prevent scratching.
• Clean with mild soap and warm water.
• Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals (salt water, chlorine, bleach, soda etc.)
• Take them out whenever you eat, drink, or smoke

Depending on the type of grillz you're getting, your mold kit will come with:

• 2 upper, lower, or both dental trays
• 2 purple & 2 white impression putty's
• An easy step by step instruction video
• A pair of disposable gloves

Follow the directions in the teeth mold video (will be sent to your email after purchasing your grillz).

The teeth mold is the most important part since it determines how your grillz fit on your teeth.

1. You bit all the way down in the center of the putty within the tray.
2. You'll be able to see your upper or lower gumlines clearly without any smearing.

Double-check your mold for any imperfections or bubbles then Text or Dm us clear, well-lit photos of your teeth and mold for us to verify.

After you do your mold, text or DM us a clear video (with lighting) of it so we can make sure that its useable. If its not, you'll need to order another kit.

Ofcourse. As long as the kit is not expired or your teeth mold from the dentist is not older than 3 months.

We prefer physical molds but digital teeth scans are fine too. Feel free to email them to Hi@GrillzHouston.com

We offer buy now, pay later plans with Shop Pay. You'll be able to order and receive your grillz up front and pay for them in 4 installments at a later time.

Affirm, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, All Major Debit/Credit Cards, and Zelle (contact us to pay with Zelle, Affirm or Klarna)

Depending on the price of your grillz, your bank might decline your payment for safety reasons.

We recommend reaching out to you bank to see if they've placed a hold on your card and ask them to have it removed.

After purchasing your grillz, your mold kit is shipped out the next business day with USPS and will arrive in 3-5 days.

Returning your mold kit will also take 3-5 business days to reach us with USPS

Once completed, your grillz are shipped out the next business day with UPS and will arrive in 3-5 days.

Tracking numbers are included with each shipping method.

We ship to residential and business addresses in all 50 states in the U.S.

We do not ship to p.o. boxes or military bases.

We only ship within the United States at the moment. In the near future we will offer worldwide shipping.

Your grillz will be shipped out of Houston, Texas.

All sales are final, as grillz are custom-made for individual fits.

If your grillz don't fit properly, contact us immediately for adjustment assistance.
